This hotel exceeded my expectations .The food was fantastic, the rooms were quite luxurious and comfortable. There were many pools and they were very clean. I hope to come back next year because I will not change it as a hotel. The rooms look fixed just like in the pictures that are in this app. Best Regards 🥰

Contact with owner, Gonzalo, went smoothly through Whatsapp. Housekeeper Juani handed the keys upon arrival and took care of the return of deposit on the day of departure. House has a lovely enclosed terrace. Communal pool is great. During the day we had it practically to ourselves until the evening hours when the residents came home from work. Supermarket Mercadona is a 5 minute walk away and Meloneras beach about a 15-20 minutes walk. There is plenty of space for a rental car outside the complex. Faro Maspalomas (lighthouse and boardwalk) can be done within a 30 minute walk, a taxi takes you there for about 5 or 6 euros.

Lovely house within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Communal pool area is fabulous. Wonderful little touches like children toys, cold beer and milk in the fridge, shampoo etc provided. Kitchen well stocked. One of the best holiday rentals we have been to. Everything you could need for a family holiday. The host was exceptionally friendly and approachable.

Clean nice place. We had the final room in the whole area so it was quiet and away from people and noisy pool. Really liked the balcony which was just next to hotel own padel court what we used with my girlfriend.

    we went in may, june would maybe be better?, Maspolomas is a 15 minute walk away and very much more alive, great here if your a golfer.We went to the Yumbo centre most evenings, cheap via taxi and the taxi rank is right outside the villa, First visit to Melonaras and not my last i hope..

    Excellent accommodation in Melonaris.

    Excellent accommodation in Melonaris. Really well equipped bungalow, in a secure complex. Air conditioned in every room. Stunning pool. Supermarket 5 minutes walk way. I cannot find any fault. Owner was so easy to deal with, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this accommodation. Outstanding area for cycling.

    We enjoyed the small selection of restaurants and bars at Meloneras Beach and the greater variety of restaurants in Meloneras. We also loved the walk along the promenade from Meloneras Beach to Maspolomas

    Avoid ,Avoid ,Avoid No way 5 star barely a 3 star !! restaurants are like run down cafes , staff are very nice but obviously do not enjoy working in this chaotic regime, noise in the bedroom is ridiculous, may as well leave door open, ok for those who want to be woken up at 6.30am but then be prepared for no coffee making facilities in room , even if you ask for a empty cup , honestly it is a 5 euros charge 😂😂 ,hot breakfast is stone cold , for coffee the machines are so dysfunctional that to enjoy hot coffee you have reheat yourself and use the microwave provided next to machine (as though it’s normal) My complaint only received awkward laughter & was told by the manager this is our standard customer experience and his acknowledgment was “yes I know it’s sub standard”. The pool is supposed to be heated and it is definitely not , if you expect a sunbed in the sun then join the early morning 6am stampedes..This place is “ Unique “it’s a total Joke Do not waste your time and money , we checked out on day two and booked a real 5 star hotel for the remaining five days holiday in perfection warm pool , hot coffee in morning and a room that .

    Very nice place with a long boulevard all the way up to Maspalomas (about 2,5 -3 km). Nice restaurants and shops at the boulevard and beautiful resorts. Save place with a lot of possibilities and good bus transport to other cities in Gran Canaria.

    Very nice location in the south of the island.

    Very nice location in the south of the island. Great restaurants at the promenade. Nice beaches. It is windy so if you really want to swim you should be careful or go to the western part of the island. Bus stop is nearby and you could go anywhere by bus. Many shops at the promenade. You can get anything. I would absolutely recommend. Watch the sunset at the beach.

One of the highlights was the waiters and maintenance tea, who were consistently attentive, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The buffet was another standout feature. It offered a wide range of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, and everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. I also appreciated the gym facilities, it's a decent size and equipped with high-quality machines.

    The ground floor apartment, with front terrace across the swimming pool, spacious,well utilize, very clean.A good size swimming pool very clean and well maintained , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. During the evening, nice and quiet . The beds very comfortable and the pillows nice and soft. The location is ideal , short walk to Playa Melonares and the Maspalonas Faro and promenade. Short walking distance to Mercadona for food shopping if self catering or a good stock minimarket at the Caybeach resort.

    The swimming pools were very good: clean and spacious - 4 to choose, 1 heated, all salty. The hotel caters for those with coeliac and other dietary conditions. There was an extensive menu to cater for all food tastes at both breakfast and dinner The hotel location is excellent - close to Maspalomas but quiet and spacious surroundings and great views over the sea and golf course
