We loved everything about this hotel ! A 1200 year old castle then renovated into a palace and finally to finish up as a modern, trendy and chic place to stay. The restaurant was fabulous great food and fresh ingredients and very good service. Must do the breakfast as it was a bargain for what you got. The hosts/ owners and staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, we even got a personalised tour of the local village. Oh forgot to mention it is associated with the vineyard nearby with great selection of the local wine … triple bonus

The city centre of Valladolid is situated 4 km from the Ibis Hotel. A snack bar is open 24 hours a day and an extensive buffet breakfast is served from 06:30.

Just like any Ibis room, it's great, got a table and a chair, private toilets, hangers There's a free parking behind the building, you have to enter through a gate (Just ask them at the reception). In the morning you just exit with the car, it opens automatically when you get very close

Very good location just next to the cathedral and minutes away from main attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Good and fresh breakfast in the small café of the hotel.

Loved my room, and bathroom, big and kept clean every day. The staff at the reception were all really kind and welcoming every time you come in or leave, and helpful too when I needed to print my train ticket and book a taxi. The breakfast is also really good, great selection, all very tasty, and the chef/ waiter is very kind and welcoming to all guests. And the location is perfect! Really central and walking distance to everything. Will stay again next time. Oh and I was given a gift of a box of chocolates when I checked out! So kind. Completely recommend:)

The staff are so friendly… especially Iris, she helped us with the arrangement and recommended us what to eat and see in Valladolid … the room was great, comfortable … breakfast is great and has a good selection … walking distance to railway station
