Everything was perfect. I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I told the team, that made our stay unforgettable. They upgraded our room for our celebration, the breakfast was unreal, the attention absolutely amazing. The restaurant is a MUST go! And if you have time, do the wine experience, you won’t regret. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed, super romantic and full of history. Enrique, Angel, Lorea and everyone at Concejo, thank you very much! We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic hotel- close to the motorway great rooms great restaurant and bar. We have stayed here at least 6 times on route to Portugal. Love this place and always very happy when we finally reach the hotel on our journey.

Location. An actual reception desk with faces to face contact with wonderful receptionist. Beautiful well equipped , immaculate apartment.

It really did feel like a home. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need. The location was quiet but quite central to everything. Communication with Javier was very easy and he was very hospitable. Having the church of San Miquel as a neighbour was a bonus. It is very beautiful

Staff were amazing. Our train ran late and we were late arriving, we ran across town. Staff waited the extra few minutes for us, so we could check in, we were so greatful. Very kind of her, this lady saved us a night in the rainy street. The place is clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large and very clean. Free juice and snack on arrival as well. Good value for money. Room came with a microwave and a small fridge. Super convenient, and appreciated. Hotel is in a nice quiet location, close to cafes and supermarkets. And only a 13min walk from train station. Overall I'd really recommend this place to anyone staying in Palencia.
