We stayed in this wonderful apartment from September 27 to October 4 and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous terrace where we enjoyed relaxing every day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The swimming pool is excellent — perfect for both a refreshing dip and spending time in the sun. What really made our stay special was the kindness of the host. On the day of our departure, she kindly offered to let us stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for the airport, instead of checking out at 11 a.m. This was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and we truly appreciated it. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Recently stayed in this exceptional apartment with my wife & 5year old son. The communication with Erik before, & with the local host Maria was faultless The apartment is stocked with some of the bare essentials you need to start yourself off, and the cupboards are well stocked with everything you need for cooking & eating in the apartment The apartment is a small walk downstairs to a lovely pool area & a short walk to the rocky beach downtown (5mins) There is an underground car park you can use, but we just parked on the street with no issues. There are supermarkets & restaurants within a 5/10min walk & everything we ate either out or when we got take away was absolutely beautiful (we loved having take away on the beautiful balcony for sunset) I cannot recommend this apartment enough 10/10 Would definitely use this place again & again

Elena was a very helpful host and arranged to meet us on check-in and check-out. The apartment was really well decorated and in very good condition, we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The balcony/terrace is huge and has more than enough space to relax and dine, the views were good and the sunsets beautiful. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a couple of supermarkets. There are public transport options available, however I would recommend hiring a car or using taxis if you are not able to walk from the main road or change service and elongate your travel time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm-mar and plan to return in the future.

The apartment is very nice, quite new, it fits big families or group of friends . Kitchen is well equipped, and the terrace has amazing view over the city and sea. There are restaurants and shops in the area close by. We were warmly welcomed and given the necessary information. We would return here.

We liked everything. The spaciousness of the apartment and the garden were excellent. The apartment was on the ground floor, easy access via a lift to the private parking. Everything provided in the apartment was good - kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms. There was nothing missing.

very good and quite location, private parking in a basement area, a supermarket 3 minutes walking distance, all major attractions maximum 30 minutes away, all facilities worked just fine, the host was very responsive to our requests. Strongly recommended for a family of 4!

+++ very good communication with Zurelis & her partner, they are incredibly nice people, friendly, very good professionals (they were representatives of a real estate company) ++ location of the apartment is super nice and the terrace was amazing. We took almost all of our meals outside ++ quiet area and safe + final cleaning was included in the price, but while we stayed there I cleaned more than I do it in my own house😅 - there was a mop, bucket and a broom, we bought some cleaning solution (we stayed there for 16days) + the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook - we cooked almost every day/ of course we also bought some stuff, but there were cutlery, plates, pots, pans (which needed to be replaced because they were super used) + The apartment is nice, but it needs some renovations + very good wifi

    A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport. Has a few small grocery shops and some friendly playgrounds. Everything can be reached on foot in Palm-Mar. If you have a car, you can get to nearby sandy beaches (e.g., Los Cristianos) easily. A great place for those who like walking, running, and hiking. You can walk along the ocean, run on paths inland, and hike on nearby hills/mountains. We found Trigo a great value for money to eat. Lots of Italian dishes, too, prepared by true-blue Southern Italians.

    Palm Mar seems to be a mainly residential area but if you want a restful, relaxing holiday this is the place to be. It's within a few kilometres of the busy areas of Los Christianos and Las Americas.

    Very nice little residential area with no hotels. So very safe and calm. The only minus - public transportation to the nearest “active” zone - Los Cristianos. You need to take 2 buses to get to Los Cristianos/Las Américas. Other option - taxi, will cost around 15-20€ Best place for breakfast and pizza - El Trigo restaurant. For atmosphere Bahia Beach club/restaurant For easy wine and sunset: little beach bar Cherenguito

    Conveniently located in the south west of Tenerife about 20 mins by car from South airport. Not a tourist hotspot but it does cater adequately for them. Close by the popular tourist hotspots (Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, etc.) for those who want to party. Locals (including expats) are welcoming and there are some decent restaurants.

    A quiet village away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort towns. Palm Mar has all the amenities you require all within walking distance. The beach has a nice restaurant. A great place to stay if you enjoy walking and cycling. The bus services are restricted but adequate. A lovely peaceful settlement.

    Nice apartment on a nice complex. palm mar is a very quiet resort with a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket. No promenade as such and no beach facilities. More for the older end of the market, having said that we really enjoyed our four week stay.
