Everything was absolutely amazing. Beautiful design hotel, great staff who made us very welcome, everyone was very friendly, gave us tips on places and restaurants. I absolutely loved all the staff - happy, super helfpul and very friendly people. The atmosphere in the hotel was very warm, I felt like surrounded with people who love and care about the place. I didn’t expect that in a big chain hotel! I needed to spend time all day working in the comkon space after the checkout and there was no problem with that, I could use all the facilities. The room was great, clean, comfortable with amazing terrace and view (also a great surprise!). Breakfast had healthy options and very good coffee at a reasonable price.

    The restaurants are very busy in the evenings. It will be a good idea to make a table reservation. The supermarket in El Saler is small and overpriced. But there is a big supermarket Carrefour in the Saler Shopping Center (you should use a bus). The tap water in Valencia is drinkable, probably no need to buy water. the buses run every 20 min and you can quickly reach City Center or Albufera Lake for a boat trip. There are walking and biking trails in pines near the beach.

    We liked the bungalows as they were equiped very good and we had everything that we needed. The swimming pool is great both for kids and adults. There is also big playground for kids. We liked the location as it is 6-7 min by car to Valencia and still in peacefull El Saler walking distance to the sea. Overall great place for summer holidays.

    Great location, easy to find with very convenient parking. The staff were all very good and attentive, especially Natasha in the Cafe who was extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and well run.
