Hervás is a lively and charming little historic town, located in an area of stunning natural beauty, and conveniently located for travellers who are heading along, or across, the Ruta de la Plata highway in western Spain, not too far from the border with Portugal, at any time of the year. The town itself is very pedestrian friendly, full of culture with great restaurants, bars, shops and a great collection of sculpture and paintings in the Museo Perez Comendador-Leroux. The locals are really welcoming, the food and wine are fantastic, and it's the kind of place that gets under your skin and keeps you coming back again!Guest review byJamesSpain - 10.0

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect, being halfway if you're travelling from North to South of Spain. It was not far from the motorway, but in a quiet and picturesque village. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent.
