We had an incredible stay at hotel Tigaiga. The location was perfect, offering stunning views at El Teide and the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with a diverse menu and delicious food. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty options.

The hotel met our expectations! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, although the quality of the drinks could be improved. If you enjoy a proper cappuccino or espresso, be prepared for instant coffee instead. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was a highlight with its heated water and reasonable length, perfect for a swim. Additionally, the staff was very kind and attentive. The room was spacious and tidied up every day, and there was fast internet provided. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a card with wishes and candies from the hotel – a completely unexpected but very thoughtful gesture!

The resort's lush botanical garden was a highlight of my stay, offering tranquil spaces perfect for sunset yoga and relaxation. The architecture is truly unique, warm and charming in every detail. The view on the ocean is incredible! I really enjoyed my morning coffee overlooking the big blue cuddled by the sound of the waves. What really sets this resort apart is its extraordinary staff, so friendly. They made me feel instantly at home. I found myself wishing I could have extended my stay. From the stunning grounds to the exceptional service, this resort exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Tenerife.

Actually we liked everying about this hotel. We were welcomed by super kind and helpful manager who helped us with not only with hotel accomodation but also gave some tips about the city. Room with great view, super cozy interior, very comfortable bed - slept like a baby. Every day perfectly cleaned room. Nothing to complain.
