Summum is a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of a lovely little medieval village. Marta is such a great host, giving us lots of information about local sights and the best places to eat. The hotel itself is perfect, it’s easily one of the best we have stayed in.

Breakfast was delicious and copious. The quality of the food was outstanding. Jaume, the hotelier, was professional and welcoming. He made my wife and I feel at home. He offered advice on points of interest, best routes and best parking areas. He made us feel at home. His staff was equally courteous and professional. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. Everything is reasonably priced. A big plus is the village of Madremanya itself. Authentic and unaffected by tourism. We did not want to leave.

Stunning, everything is perfect and had the wow factor. The food in the restaurant blew me away, I am vegetarian and despite most the menu being meat there were some amazing options for me. Bedroom was huge and cosy, decorated modern but earthy. Spa massage was incredible, yoga in the morning fab! Electric bikes on site for your use. I travel alot and love a fancy hotel so my standards can be pretty high, this place exceeds expectations.

Time in AATU was amazing. Fantastic garden with flowers and singing birds was the best afternoon relax. All the time supported by lovely lady who runs the hotel who shared with us great ideas for sightseeing. She also took time and shown her hospitality during each breakfast time, so it was great culinary and hospitality experience. And at the end Bimba ( little dog) who were welcoming us when coming back each day from sighseeing tour and day at the beach. Amazing place to visit again.

    Best place we stayed in years! Amazing location, historic building, very polite and helpful staff, superb swimming pools (yes, plural). The restaurants on the site are also great. We will for sure return!

    Stunning hotel, with lovely rooms and views (+ample free parking on the premises). What I was most impressed with was the breakfast spread and how friendly the staff was, sharing all about the history of the castle and its inhabitants.
