The area was in Leioa, a residential area , far from the center of Bilbao . You need a car for sure . In front of the hotel there are plenty of free parking areas. But also the hotel does have private parking at a cost of €7 ( per car ) per day for hotel guests. No need to book. Just decide when you arrive. Great air codition system . Great beds. The location is great, there are large supermarkets nearby. The room was large and very comfortable, the bed as well, there was a window with a special view and everything was very clean.
