Were made to wait outside for a taxi that never arrived. This is an airport hotel which surely should have 24 hr reception. I was told to get taxi to pick up a key. The lady spoke no English and it was very hard to commuicate with her. At an airport hotel there should be an English speaking contact. Breakfast was fine, badic but perfectly OK. The one person who made our trip was your staff member Chaus. She was fabulous. We were in bilbao Sat night sightseeing , it was lashing rain. We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day.
