After a warm welcome from the staff, we found a cosy and nicely staged room, with a very high ceiling. It was clean when we arrived, and also every day. Lots of places for your stuffs. The small kitchen is a big plus.

A beautiful hotel with an eye for lovely details. Such a smooth guest experience, from the booking - to the check-in with a glass a cava offered, the pretty room with a sweet surprise - and the highlight being the cocktail bar in the lobby, but also the rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view! It is really Palacio -- a palace. Not just unbeatable location, -- the hotel is in the very hear of the old town, but the building itself if a historic, architectural masterpiece. Not just luxurious room, but each os them is a piece of Art Deco. Interior decor -- from lobby to the bathroom is wonderful. Luxurious spacious bathroom, quality towels/linen, not a single trifle is forgotten. Staff is highly professional and friendly. They really care about you and would not neglect to offer an extra bottle of water or another piece of chocolate for the road. Especially I need to mention Juanon (reception), a true professional, loving his job and doing everything the best possible, but all staff is great.

Do you know those trips where the accommodation is so incredible that it makes you want to revisit the city? This is one of them. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Mercado Central. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the city center on foot—beautiful, vibrant, and surprisingly peaceful. It's also just a 2-minute walk to several supermarkets and surrounded by fantastic boutique restaurants offering authentic and affordable meals. We've stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are modern, newly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchens are impressively well-equipped for those who prefer cooking. The staff deserves special mention—they are consistently amazing. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind, they truly enhance the experience. The spa, though compact for a city-center location, is well-maintained and feels brand new. The massages are a must-try and were a highlight of our trip. This place is 100% recommended, whether you're traveling with kids or without. We will undoubtedly return. A big thank you to the staff for making every stay so memorable!
