The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island so it's a great base for touring around and exploring different areas. The staff were amazing and totally accommodated our needs to make our trip the most comfortable possible (especially being pregnant in the summer!) The morning breakfasts are quality and very generous. It was incredibly easy to do self-check in, even when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. Loved everything - thank you! We'll be back :)

Beautiful property, very nicely renovated, it was opened only few months ago but already working quiet well. For such short period of time management and staff who is extremely nice and attentive (which is not the case in every hotel so it should be really appreciated) did a good job with setting up everything so we rate it with 10 considering how long is hotel operating but there were some services mentioned below that could be improved. Room had outstanding view, thank you again for such nice room, we appreciate that as it made our stay exceptional. Great breakfast options, menu very well prepared with several options and also dishes itself were very nice designed and tasty, we enjoyed Spanish meal options a lot. Cleaning was always done during the time when we were on breakfast so super fast.

    Lovely fruit shop on the corner of the square, good enough parking, lots of cafes and desserts, nice weekly night market. It’s very quick and easy to get to Fornells, the fishing village with all the fresh fish restaurants.

    Es Mercadel was a quiet area and the villa was very private- We liked this. Close by there was a small supermarket and a cafe which was good for breakfasts and drinks. Es Mercadel was also convenient to the larger area Arenal d'en castell. A short walk we were there with its lovely beach, bars and restaurants.

    A clean well equipped villa in a quiet location in what seemed to be a residential area only 3-4 mins walk from the beach and local facilites including a supermarket. The beach is large and clean and feels very safe with young families and older folk. All considerate. The locals are friendly and helpful. The food and wine are cheap. Fish dishes excel. Avoid the snack bar sitting on its own at one end of the beach - service verges on hostile and the octopus we got for 20 Euros was literally 2 mouthfuls - most unpleasant experience. But otherwise can't fault the restaurants. Not a location for those wanting action and nightlife.

    The hotel was first class. The room and overall hotel were of exceptional design quality and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The outside patio area was calming and great for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. Everywhere was easily walkable in the town and the hotel is well located for exploring the central area of the island. Breakfast was well presented, varied and plentiful. Truely wished we had stayed longer.

    The staff! We had the best holiday thanks to Leon, Paqui and Raul. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in the middle of the island, making the daily commute time to the beach easier. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.
