After using Booking and several other portals to read the ratings of this hotel, I booked it for 4 nights and I'm very happy that I did. Great staff, clean rooms, perfect breakfast and a very good location to be in Valencia for some days. There's no reason I would stay anywhere else next time.

    Xavi & Patri’s apartment was in a very nice area on the Valencia city outskirts. Just 10 mins from the tourist attractions. We found plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance. The area had lots of sports activities, saw padel courts and an skate arena close by.
