New, fresh and clean hotel with great facilities. The food in the hotel is excellent, as is the service from all staff, from the front of house to the cleaning staff. Every request was actioned extremely efficiently throughout the duration of the stay. Breakfast is a blend of a la carte items and buffet, and was fantastic. Pool snacks exceeded expectations. Dinner, we had the chefs tasting menu and it’s outstanding food. All of the F and B staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The breakfast was superb. A vast selection of choice, fresh local ingredients, eggs cooked to order. The staff were very professional and friendly. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and they prepared a delicious muffin with a candle.

I should say that we were moved by receptionist to another hotel of this chain as there was an issue with hot water this day in the hostel, so we stayed in the hotel which is situated in plaza Major. The receptionist was very knowledgeable, he recommend us several plans of activity for our stay. Room was clean and spacious. It was a perfect stay!

Very comfortable bed. One big size! Wooden floors. Great breakfast. It’s very seldom when poached eggs are served. The elevator for 3 story building was a surprise. The location is great, few steps from public parking and very central at the moment. Contactless chek-in with precise instructions how to get in. I never stay in the room if the size is smaller than 18 m, but here it was a good compromise with the price for the room. Better small and cheaper but high quality and cozy.

Perfect little stay for a couple, beautiful views and was in a great location, within walking distance into Pollença and not far from the port, Formenter etc. Cristobal was also a pleasure at showing us the ropes of the house.

    Pollenca old town is one of our favourite destinations, unsure why we haven’t been back for nearly 10yrs! It hasn’t changed much, still has a beautiful charm, relaxing atmosphere and wonderful shops and restaurants even during the busy August we just went - it did not feel overcrowded. We took the kids to Puerto Pollenca beach which is fun for tacky souvenirs and all the snacks they love however it is very very different and not recommended if you prefer a relaxing break. The beaches and coves at Cala San Vincente were much more picturesque!

    Love Pollenca and visit every year.

    Love Pollenca and visit every year. Highlights are fabulous bars and restaurants; Q11, La Fonda, La Scalinata, El Moli, Respire and U Gallet. Although Calvari Steps and Placa Major are big attractions, wandering around the back streets is simply wonderful.

    The room was perfect and comfortable.

    The room was perfect and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The court yard & pool was beyond beautiful. It was located just a few small blocks from the city square. Absolutely perfect in every way.

    Very charming town - pretty streets and squares with plenty...

    Very charming town - pretty streets and squares with plenty of restaurants and shops. In June the town wasn't overrun by tourist and a nice relaxed atmosphere - the waiters and bar personnel were excellent and very friendly throughout. The Sunday market is well worth a visit as the local produce and iconic produce such as Iberico ham freshly carved is very good.

    Great location.

    Great location. Excellent for ebiking many locations within 10 km on road and quiet roads and off road. Beach awesome. Dining and shopping good. Chill and quiet at night! Loved pollensa market, alcudia beaches and biking trails, the formentor and beaches there.

    We did not have a car and for that reason I would not book again, a car is essential in this property - we loved it but the road, which was a short distance from the Pollenca town, was treacherous and I would not walk into town with the children - you must make future guests aware of this - taxis had trouble finding us and it was a hassle we did not want - overall we loved the villa and the pool, but had we known about the hassle on getting into town we would not have booked this.

    The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a small kitchen area. Outside there is a well maintained pool and some sun beds. It has everything you need for a week or a month stay. It's 5 minutes driving from the Pollenca town where are plenty of dining options and 10-15 minutes driving from the beach (Pollenca beach, Arcudia beach). Was clean and the host visit us in one of the first days and gave us some tips about Pollenca and the are.

    Location, so handy for Pollenca but yet not in the town. Also liked property was all on one floor. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, excellent size and bed very comfortable. Terrace very big as well and well equipped for 2 people. Also host was very friendly and very easy to deal with. We had a small problem with the kettle but he replaced it with a new one very quickly same day.

    Despite being in town centre it was extremely quiet. The hotel was very nicely decorated. We were given a complementary room upgrade and bottle of wine for our honeymoon. The staff were very welcoming, professional and knowledgable about Pollenca.
