Didn't seem to be anything there, until suddenly a valley appeared and a little village nestled in it, with the hotel there. The hotel looks formidable on the outside, but is quaint and comfortable inside, with lots of space. The food is good, and a great choice of drinks. A big storm rolled through during dinner, and we didn't hear a thing, safe in the thick walls.

Great location in the centre of a beautiful Spanish village. Room was interestingly decorated rather than the standard hotel room Breakfast was great with a different featured cooked item each day. Convenient parking. Friendly host and staff. Would return.

Excellent welcome, room and bathroom, even if a little outdated. Centrally located, with safe parking only a short walk away. Great tapas bar nearby. Breakfast was very good. Definitely much more than a 2 star.

Was a fantastic one night stay on the way back to UK from Portugal. The town was beautiful. The apartment was clean tidy had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The owners were really friendly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
