Close to the palace. The nearby square has many excellent restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff and a warm welcome. Slight blockage in shower drain way dealt with immediately.

The view of this superior room was breathtaking and makes this room a 11 out of 10. The bed and pull out couch, and pillows and sheets were very nice quality and comfortable. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We didn't speak Spanish much but many of the staff spoke English and we could also use Google translate to communicate and understand the check in and check out process. The staff was very patient with communication. They were very friendly with us and our children. The location is perfect - at could walk to everything. The shower was very nice - large and many different functions.

Staff was lovely, professional looking and helpful. They upgraded our room and got us the suit for the same price, on top of that they included breakfast for free. Location is really good, plenty of places to have tapas around and walking distance from important landmarks. The room was very clean and had an antique look, very well looked after, every detail was perfect. Very comfortable bed and quiet night. I could not ask for anything better.

    Like always when we stay at this hotel the service was impeccable, we really appreciated how the team helped us with a few requests we had for our 1 year old. Rooms are very spacious, beds comfy, and the environment is just beautiful. Great place to disconnect from busy urban life. One minor thing to improve for us would be to start breakfast earlier than 9am.
