The hotel was simply amazing. Fresh, clean and sparkly. I was genuinely surprised, especially since I have a day before I have stayed in a hotel of the same chain in a different city, and it was quite disappointing. The staff was amazingly helpful, with perfect english (i am not a spanish speaker). I truly recommend this place!

+ enough space to leave your things and additional chairs + fan in the room (it helped a lot during hot nights) + location next to the train station The bathroom was shared (two for our floor), but they were really clean, which I appreciate. A lot of people made complains about trains - yes, they are really loud, but normally you will be able to sleep. We didn't have any problems - sometimes they woke us up, but we fell asleep again in the same minute.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter, close to restaurants and cafés. You can easily explore the neighborhood and return to the hotel without any hassle. The staff is amazing and available 24/7. The breakfast setup is great—it’s a freshly prepared order rather than a buffet. I really appreciate the hotel staff for their constant smiles, and a special shoutout to the young Italian woman who has never been to Rome—haha!

We had a fantastic room overlooking Passeig de Gracia with a juliette balcony on the 1st floor (what north americans would consider the 2nd floor). Large bed, very comfortable, high ceilings contributed to sense of space. Clean room, well decorated. In the communal lounge, great complimentary coffee / juice / muffin bar in the morning, followed by much-enjoyed complimentary cava, wine and beer happy hours. Lovely terrace off the lounge albeit with no views. Surprisingly quiet given we overlooked the main, busy thoroughfare. Awesome location - centre ice!

    It’s really close to the tram station (5 minutes) so easy...

    It’s really close to the tram station (5 minutes) so easy acces to the city center of Barcelona. Supermarket is nearby and also some nice restaurants. We went to Autentiks. It’s a really nice place with good food and very friendly staff just around the corner. At night it’s nice and quiet.

    Rooms are too tights

    Rooms are too tights Toilets and Sink are in very bad shape ( clogged, not flushing properly ) Toilet doors are like 100 years old Rooms carpets are dirty No irons and cattle in the rooms Rooms phone are not functional very squeegeed space to hang your cloths

    The hotel is well maintained and clean.

    The hotel is well maintained and clean. Most importantly they have very friendly and really helpful staff, whom you can reach out. There was lot of public parking place around the hotel. P.S: The location might not be ideal if your using Barcelona's public transport. It takes lot of time to reach main attraction from the Hotel

    We really enjoyed our stay here, due to the friendly staff,...

    We really enjoyed our stay here, due to the friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely swimming pool ( which we only got to use one and a half days ,due to the trips in the city centre). It's a bit far from the city, so consider taxi fares or one hour + journeys to the main attractions in Barcelona ( google maps will help you get anywhere you wish) Food is quite ok, but not very varied ,but there are shops nearby.

    I loved this hotel!! Totally exceeded my expectations. Enormous bed, fabulous shower, safe on-road parking and the gift of a donut was pure delight. Brilliant location too... We were planning to catch the train into central Barcelona for our last night in Spain, but walked just a few streets behind the hotel and found the Irish bar so many guests have mentioned. It was great. We were in there for hours! Drive to the airport the next morning was hassle free.

    I have spent one night at the hotel for a business-related meeting in a location nearby. The hotel was quick to reach from the airport by taxi, it was comfortable, clean an with a good breakfast. I would recommended it for a short stay if you need to be in this area or if you need to be closer to the airport.

    Lovely little hotel. The lady running it was really friendly and the rooms were really cute. The village is tiny but it has a very nice central square with cafés and restaurants. I did hear the trains but they weren’t that loud, it never woke me up.
