The house is amazing! It's located in the old part of the town, which is really beautiful, and it's builed in typical canarian traditional style, with a lovely backyard with sitting area and additional toliet, which is very usefull in case more visitors. It's spacious and very clean, with free Wi-Fi. Kitchen and bathroom are very good equipped with everything you might need for your staying. Parking places available on the street, normaly no issues to get a parking place in next streets. Area is quiet, and few steps away is beautiful square with a church and amazing views over the ocean. There's a minimarket and some bars/restaurants nearby. The beach is not accessible as it's under the clif, but there are other beaches nearby accesible with a car. The owner Mercedes is a very pleasant lady, she brought us keys personally which was a very pleasant gesture. She's very friendly and ready to help you with anything you might need, also with tips to go around. I would definitelly recommend the house in case you'd like to explore North of the Island as we did.

Nice studio for couple! We liked the area and lovely people in the village. Public transport was good, easy to reach the house. Nice and clean, everything for cooking. The cat was friendly and kinda intimidating, but he did not liked our offered food 😛

Modern, comfortable apartment at the center of Tenerife, close to the highway. The host lives next door, so he met us upon artival. This is a two bedroom apartment, very quiet, secured parking. Definitly deserves 10. Just note to use booking for the direction, as house numbers are mixed up. We found it to be on C. Canales 4D on google maps or Waze.

Perfect place to disconnect and live right at the ocean. Sleeping to the sound of waves and waking up to them, and the view from the large terrace was the highlight. The location is so private, and in such a local part of Tenerife that you can explore this part of the island without the tourists and commercialisation that you see in other parts of the island. The house is so well equipped and decorated so tastefully that you want to spend time there. Host is wonderful and super responsive. One of my most favourite stays in the entire two months of being on the Canary island and twice in Tenerife. Wifi is available but only in a couple of places in the house, which adds to the feeling of total disconnect from usual routine of life. Highly recommended for a long stay.

We had a great experience at Finca el Pastel. The location is so beautiful with a view to the sea and you can even see Mount Teide. We got the PIN code to enter the property prior our arrival and it was easy to get in. Our room was pretty and very spacious, I found everything tidy. The breakfast was excellent, they had diverse options every day and everything was delicious.

    The property is heavenly especially for those looking for a...

    The property is heavenly especially for those looking for a quete place to unwind and also to hike around the property. There is a lovely Forest just behind the property and one can walk and get lost and get back again using Google map. We spent a day hiking in the Forest next to the Property and got hungry after 8 Kilometres and bumped into a hidden Restaurant on top of the hill in the Forest. It also takes only 30 Minutes by Car incase one needs a swim on the best Beach in Tenerife at the very end of Santa Cruz. Due to it's central location and proximity to the Motorway, we had a chance to visit the Teide and the coastal region incl. the beach. Iana and Victor are very hospitable who have a heart and eyes for details. The fincas are super clean and very comfortable. On our last day, my husband and I decided to invite the hosts for a Grill and a Beer to show our Gratitude.

    The road signs are not clear and the road leading to the accommodation was partly blocked with fallen branches. We dined at a local restaurant called Los Muchachos which we would recommend. The food was authentic Spanish cuisine. Fresh produce and local wine made for a delicious meal.

    Despite the adverse news stories concerning tourists visiting Tenerife, all the local people we met in El Sauzal were happy to see us and invariably greeted us with a smile and a cheerful "Buenos Dias" or similar. This warmth was especially true for our host Sergio leading us to feel welcomed and relaxed. The apartment had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. We very much enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace, reading, soaking up the sun and watching the magnificent sunsets in the evening.

    Very nice host/owner. she did short round and show everything in villa. Very nice view from terrace. Nice interior and kitchen with all equipment, what you need. Perfect grill place. Parking not a problem at all - you have whole street. very quiet place for relaxing. Not so far away "Costa de El Sauzal" with amazing views on the ocean

    A well equipped and spacious property with a lovely patio overlooking the cactus garden and Mount Teide. The location was good for a peaceful break, exploring the north of the island. El Sauzal is a lovely town with gardens and plenty of restaurants.

    Great views from the apartment. Very clean place, a quiet neighbourhood and comfortable beds. Our host Caty was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Parque Los Lavaderos is nearby and El Sauzal town is within walking distance also.
