Monser was very knowledgeable about the hike and conditions on Pica d´Estats. Her information were indispensable for our hike. I would love to come back and visit. The staff were also very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish knowledge.

Absolutely everything. Peaceful location, immaculately clean, wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room, great food (had breakfast and dinner), safe parking. We were looked after brilliantly by Judith, who although very busy serving lunches and drinks on our arrival got us checked in and explained everything we needed to know and assured us she would be there at any time we needed assistance. Brilliant hard working lady and her family/colleagues made our stay the most enjoyable on our journey. Everything about Lo Paller is 10/10. The focus of the staff is customer satisfaction and they provide it in spades.

    Ricardo was the best and most friendly host we could imagine. Felt like a friend. There was no problem leaving some of our stuff at the hotel before we went on doing the Porta de Cel hike. Also there was no problem with checking in earlier after we finished the hike. Quit comfortable. Food was ok. Good beers. Good facilities and there was nothing to complain about the room.

    We stayed at the hotel for one night, before doing a walking trip in the mountains. It is perfectly located, the staff is super friendly, the food is good and comforting, the room is clean and functional. The bathroom has been renovated and the shower is great.

    Hotel Llacs de Cardos is right next to the ski pistes of Tavascan which make for a great daywalk and or ski outing. Highly recommend also for their amazing restaurant (catalan cuisine!) and breakfast.
