Modern, spacious with outside garden and Laundry facilities including outside line to dry clothes. 5 minutes detour off the track. Small Supermarket and some food outlets but not too much so bring your dinner and enjoy a drink in the garden. I had the place to myself for my last day. Lives up to its name - Calm Stay. 💕

Wonderful new hotel in a very old building immediately adjacent to the main cathedral square in Santiago. I found the rooms lovely and well designed. The staff were amazing and very helpful for myself and my 86 year old parents, including helping us with baggage upon our arrival and departure. I have to emphasize that the two ladies who manned the desk during our stay were professional, cheerful and patient with us. Over and above the great rooms and value they made our stay. Higher management, I hope you are listening.....

Loved it all - luxury boutique feel, beautifully-renovated old house with lovely tranquil garden and its splash pool. The reality is better than the photos. Rooms well equipped with mini bar fridge, coffee machine (Lavazza pods), safe, hairdryer, complimentary water, good AC and comfy bed. Staff so lovely - the breakfast lady deserves a special mention for the beautiful display of breakfast goodies and her friendly, efficient service. Loved being able to finish the evening with a glass of wine in the garden. The location of the hotel was superb - 6 min stroll to the cathedral but far enough to evoke an away- from-it-all feeling. Staff are always on site. Congratulations to you all for achieving a great little hotel!

Perfect location in the city centre super close to the Cathedral. At the first floor is the great restaurant (recommend to taste of degustation menu). Everything is available at the room, including even ear plugs, as central location is supposed to be a little bit noisy. Amazing window at the ceiling.
