We just loved the peace and quiet of this hotel and town. Our room was everything we could have wished for, clean, comfortable and lovely views from the terrace. The bed was so comfortable too. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We opted for breakfast after previous reviews and have to say, not disappointed at all. Alfonso is the perfect host and to have the service at the table is something we haven't experienced in any other place! Parking so easy across the road. Would we go back? Yes for sure!!!!

Wonderful hotel and amazing restaurant and really helpful and friendly staff . We were on a family cycling tour and this hotel was on our route so we booked 3 rooms . We were expecting very little because the price was half of anything nearby. On arrival the staff helped us stow our bikes in a safe room for the night and showed us to our rooms which were very clean and well maintained ...great bath and shower with lots of pressure . We booked in for dinner at the hotel restaurant and I can honestly say we had the best restaurant meal I have had in more than a year . The bill was surprisingly cheap . In the morning we had a lovely breakfast in the big dining room which was kept warm by the biggest indoor log fire I have ever seen . The staff then helped see us on our way to start on the next leg of our tour . When we got home we all agreed that the hotel and it's restaurant was the highlight of our trip . I think as a business it is as much a restaurant as a hotel so we will be returning for long lunches and walks in the forest national park behind it.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic! The house is simply beautiful with everything you could need there. It was immaculately clean. Beds comfy and wonderful outdoor area. There is no question but we will return again. 10 out of 10!!

Great place to stay and relax with amazing views. Daniella and Andy are very friendly and welcoming with great tips for what to do in the area, the property was very clean and nice with a comfortable bed and lounge area great roof terrace you can see for miles whilst having a lovely breakfast! I would definitely recommend this place

Everything from very begining was wonderful! Julio, the host is amazing! He was waiting for us hours eventhough we where quite late due to flight and way from Malaga to Alcaucin and he explained everything we should know about apartment and area. The apartment is very cozy, comfy and clean, we where there with our friends (4 people) and we didn't feel squeezed 😁. We enjoyed very much the pool! It's hidden a bit from one side between plants and has beautiful view! Julio, we will visit you again, for sure!!! Thank you so much for everything! Watch out the last part of driveway - it is very steep so smaller cars or not expierienced driver can have some problems for the first climbing.

Moved to a similar apartment in the Hotel Sierra Tejeda. Very kind and friendly owner who gave me a box of oranges and mandarins from the garden, and lent me salt and pepper for cooking. Basic but all in full working order. Lovely view from sunny balcony.
