The staff were excellent! The reception and the room was super cool. Great location as well. I would definitely go back there or recommend to anyone going to Ethiopia. I love the food too! Tastes amazing. The manager John too was very helpful and always present to help…Anytime he sees me he’s like Sir how you enjoying your stay? Is there anything you need?

It was a very good experience again staying at Shitaye suite hotel. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Receptionist and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff also was good.

It was very clean. They have warm water and very good water pressure. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful too, which meant a lot to me as navigating the city was rather difficult in the beginning. I stayed for an entire month and I was very happy with both the service and the amenities. There's a tiny park nearby (Shala park, maybe 15 mins walking) which is a nice place to eat and drink on the weekends. I haven't had issues around the area when walking, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around too so you can get whatever you need. Admittedly, I haven't been out walking at night at all so no experience on how that might work out.
