The facility, which displays a charming old Finnish style and the location itself are staggering. The hotel staff and its personnel were overwhelmingly courteous and attentive to guests' needs, and made me feel at home. I travel a lot, but this was definitely the best experience I have ever had.     Great communications with the owner before our stay, he offered us to prepare the breakfast in our room before we arrived so we could eat whenever it suited us the day after. We had some problems finding the hotel due to massive amounts of snow covering the signs, but we called the hotel and they guided us. Friendly staff! Great location! Great breakfast! Great sauna! Great kitchen!
