The area was of historical significance due to the cemeteries around the area from WW1 and the lost battalion of the 77th. Our town was simple and during the night there were no street lights to put on so it was very dark. The hotel food was superb. It had set menu choices at E16, E 25, and E 35. We choose the E25 and loved it, especially the delicious large steak that came out. Fabulous.Guest review byRichardAustralia

The restaurant evening meal was awesome, followed by a delicious breakfast. I thought the hotel was a pure joy, and the location was perfect. I recommend the Hotel L'Argonn' Auberge to everyone. AND... for WWI enthusiasts, this place allowed great access to the American Cemetery, the 14-18 museum, and the gateway to the montfaucon monument. The hospitality and service are excellent. It says much for the hotel when the restaurant seems always busy with tourists and locals.
