Great location overlooking Paris but still feeling like miles away from the hustle and bustle. The room was very clean and spacious, the decor excellent and it was terrific value for money. The attached restaurant served excellent food.

Very helpful staff. Morning and evening. Room clean and comfortable. Next to bus stop and close to main line rail station. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was good with a good choice and quality good.

    The flat is a good size and is peacefully located on the 12th floor of a large tower block commanding fabulous views of the city. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well and the secure underground parking was welcome. Any query sent to the host in WhatsApp (in French) was promptly responded to. It’s a 10-minute walk to Val d’Argenteuil railway station and a 17-minute train ride from there to Paris St Lazare, so if you time it well, you can get to central Paris in about half-an-hour.

    Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, big kitchen, off-street (secure) parking. Everything we needed for our budget. Lovely to come back to after a busy day in Paris. 10 min walk to grocery store/boulangerie and Argenteuil station. Even made a wonderful 'find' at the friendly Palizzi restaurant, 10 mins walk away. Very polite and helpful managers of property.

    Easy access for transport. Number 4 Bus stop is 2 min walk. Train station (Vald argenteuil)15 mins walk. Very quite place. Mr Mathew, I think the owner is very responsive to our text messages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. For 5 of us, we had a pleasant stay. I recommend this property. Price is also very reasonable. Thank you.
