The garden was like an oasis huge facility very private a pool badminton and pétanque pitch various sun loungers .. perfect! The house is very homely and quirky, it has everything you could need. The lady who welcomed us was very warm and took time to show us around and make sure we were comfortable.

We stopped here for one night because I'd been before, about 25 years ago. My husband who hadn't been before absolutely loved it and wanted to stay longer. Although the ownership has changed (20 years ago), it's even better now with a lovely decked area. The dinner and breakfast were superb and we had a really good night's sleep.

Everything was so good! Honestly, since my first contact with the hotel, they were very friendly and receptive. I traveled with 2 dogs and they assisted us with every need, they even gave me a bigger room and instructed me to put a “do not disturb” sign on the door to improve my dogs’ safety when we were not in the room. Their restaurant was very good too, the waiter was extra nice and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, we thank you for all this great service and kindness. Way better than most hotels (which are even a lot more expensive) I have stayed.

    The room was very clean, and surprisingly, I found a fridge/freezer and microwave in it. The bathrooms/toilets are still old Formule 1 system, but they are renovating it. I was travelling by car, which was packed with stuff but the hotel has a fence/gate so noone has access but guests so i didn't have to worry about my belongings. This really is a great value for money. Next time I'm in a neighbourhood, I'll book it without hesitation!
