It was absolutely perfect. Stunning self contained apartment that was fully kitted out. Emmanuel and Marie were the perfect hosts even awaiting us to get a load of washing done overnight.

Gorron is a lovely small town. The host, Fred, was very friendly and helpful. All basic facilities were provided and it is a good-sized room. I did some remote working and enjoyed some evening sunshine through the window. A pleasant house in a lovely small town. I would visit again

This is an amazing place, a large house in a country village with very friendly and helpful staff (we managed even though the language barrier). Large bedrooms, and a sitting room, dining room and kitchen available to use if wanted. Set in a beautiful garden. Very comfortable beds and we were offered breakfast at a reasonable cost when we arrived, too. One night wasn't enough; if we didn't live so far away in the UK we'd be back as soon as we could and have a longer stay here!

Peter and Linda are kind attentive hosts. Walking through their house was like walking through history, and their love for the place, and the work they have undertaken in restoring it, is heart warming. Wholesome food, good and painful jokes, music and song - the warmth of the atmosphere renewed us. There's a magic to this place.
