Beautiful location, extremely peaceful & very welcoming host. We had dinner on the terrace which was delicious. The host and her family engaged well with us and were happy to meet our every need. There were many facilities- swimming pool, games room, bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Judith advised us where to go for a walk in the surrounding area where we saw many different varieties of butterflies - one of our main interests. We wish we could have stayed longer. A genuine 5-star establishment.

Le Meez was a surprising discovery. Located on the route into town, the setting isn’t great untill you walk into the hotel itself. It’s bright, stylish, and very comfortable. Our room was modern and really spacious, cleverly designed with the guest in mind. We ate dinner there too and the food was superb. Secure onsite parking which was a bonus. Great bathroom, comfy beds, delighted staff. PReally good value. We would definitely rate Le Meez as a fantastic hotel.

A perfect escape from it all. A perfect wooden cabin on stilts with a beautiful view in a really peaceful location. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy living in nature.

Everything . The greeting on arrival was perfect, 11/10 The room was amazing. Dinner was superb. Breakfast was divine . We will return as this hotel and restaurant are so good I plus within a very short walk of the old town of Carcassone. We feel so lucky to have stayed and dined at this gorgeous establishment. We will definitely return just fur longer next time.

Domaine D’Auriac perfectly combines old school charm with family like warmth. The building is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The owner and her family are around to attend to every details. Staff are superbly knowledgeable and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful AND big with lovely environment. It is 5 mins drive to the Cite and yet feels like an oasis. Last but not the least, the restaurant is fantastic - authentic, innovative menu all reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Worth every penny! ❤️ Perfect place just in front of the Cité De Carcassonne. The rooms was elegant, cozy, very clean and well decorated (with a little bit of medieval style) :) You can sit on chairs outside and admire the view ❤️

For a hotel with a view of the castle then this one does offer rooms with that purpose in mind. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. A special thanks to all the reception staff we dealt with in solving a problem with transport out of Carcassonne due to SCNF train issues. They were excellent.

Didnt have breakfast on any occassion, just not a breakfast person. I find location excellent ,we come and go thru carcassonne regularly. My daughter a nd family first experienced your hotel when they had an emergency in France, she passed it to me, I've passed it to my sister etc . We always enjoy it, we "get what it says on the tin", and it's super value.
