The location was outstanding and the refuge is an amazing building with exceptional decor. Our room was beautiful with an amazing bath and very comfortable bed. The welcome from Lucas was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was laid out each morning with pastries and coffee was also available in the stunning kitchen. There was wine,pasta,sauces,snacks and other thing available to buy through an honestly box type deal which was very useful. The hot tub outside was a great touch, with breathtaking views of the mountains. All in all this is a truly wonderful place to stay with basically zero faults.

Very friendly staff. We, my 2 sons, 6 and 9 years old, felt an enormous hospitality and both host and chefs treated us and met us exactly “where we were”, both regarding “tips and tricks” for our stay as well as superb food and snacks, all around the clock. The facilities are many, all with a nice and unique feel. The place is situated on a calm mountainside, a good walk from Megève. Beautiful views of the valley. We will be back :)

"I can't describe the beauty of the hotel; it really feels like home. I loved the hotel so much, it is full of positivity and the hotel manager, Therese, gave us a free upgrade to a suite."He was attentive to ensuring our comfort and all our needs were met. Kamal and Fabian were also very helpful with making our restaurant reservations and giving us suggestions. I really cannot describe in words the beauty of this hotel and the kindness of the staff. Excellent service from all the team, always willing to help and make sure you have all you need to best enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and spacious room, incredible view over the valley, tea, coffee-making facilities etc. Gastronomic restaurant is an amazing experience not to be missed. The most extensive wine list I think I have ever seen, and excellent advice from Alois, the chef sommelier.

Amazing staff and restaurant food- dessert buffet if you opt in for their set menu!! Breakfast has a wide enough range. Room is clean and ample for the 3 of us. It's close to the free ski bus stop (3 min walk). In terms of the closest ski lift, it's not useful for us because we have a 3 year-old toddler who can not take that drag lift.
