The family rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The onsite, underground parking was good value, spacious and safe with automatic lighting. The staff we encountered were friendly too. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use to get our hotel access and there was no issue checking in a couple of hours earlier than planned. The hotel is also on large commercial park, so loads of food to choose from for all meals! The most impressive part of the stay was after we left. We arrived at our next accomodation after the B&B Hotel Puilboreau to discover we didn't have our 6 year old son's most precious teddy "baby tiger" - I contacted the hotel and Mr Robichon was very generous and helped us to get the teddy back. He packaged and posted the teddy, while I organised the packing label and shipment with Chronopost. Communication was excellent throughout. Baby Tiger arrived safely back with our son yesterday, who was very happy about it!! Thank you for making our stay and aftercare another excellent experience and why I choose to stay in B&B hotels in France.

Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely terrace outside. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough each morning. Matilde, the host, was absolutely wonderful —very kind, helpful, and easy to approach. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the Logis. It is a very charming house with all amenities you need for a pleasant and restful stay. The swimming pool is beautiful. On top of that the house provides for several common areas with board games, TV, books, microwave, etc. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is outstanding. We particularly loved the pancakes. The hosts are extremely careful and full of good advices. We will definitely come back and we can only recommend.

Upon arrival Alexis welcomed us, showed us around, gave us a map and some helpful tips for day trips. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and upon arrival it had a small thoughtful gift. Alexis was super helpful when we asked for a high chair, we really appreciate it. The location is good, not too far from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. After our departure Alexis contacted us that we forgot a night light and that he will send it to us. Wow, this is customer service, actually no this is true friendliness. Grande merci!
