The location was very central in the heart of the old town. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Beds were really comfortable. The breakfast/ brunch was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic location less than 5 minutes walk to Gare Annecy (transportation hub) and Old Town Annecy. Many wonderful restaurants close by, a small supermarket on the corner (where I was able to get a sandwich and drink to bring on my hike around Lake Annecy), not far from Lake Annecy. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff (especially the young man Simione) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I plan on returning later this year and will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Nearby there is a shopping center and a central station from which it is possible to get to Switzerland by bus. The hotel has friendly staff who can recommend good restaurants in town. Great hotel, meets all expectations, good location - about 10 minutes walk from Annecy city center and very close to shopping areas. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. Rich and varied breakfast (some vegetables could have been served), fresh products and the staff constantly makes sure that everything is full and in order. warmly recommended!!
