We can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. We loved our suite with 2 rooms and pull out sleeper sofa. The restaurant and bar onsite were great and affordable. The RER A line is around the corner so a quick 15 minute train into Paris centre. A large shopping mall across the street with everything you need and lots of small local restaurants near by.

The staff was absolutely excellent, they catered to our every needs. On one occasion my partner was in need of ice due to some aches and pains. Ornella, at reception, immediately arranged for ice and hot water bottles to be sent to our room. She was so kind and helpful and we are so grateful. The breakfast was lovely!

The location was really nice and quiet! The RER station was just 5 minutes away and it is very close to Paris and to Disneyland as well! The apartment is in a very nice building and it is new, beautiful and very comfy! The heating was excellent and there was hot water any time of the day! The host helped us with everything! Overall, a great choice for a wonderful stay near Paris! I would go back for sure!

    The AC unit in my room did not work.

    The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air. The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store. The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

    The apartment is located in a quiet area "Fontenay-sous-Bois", near you can find funprix supermarket (in the building with "Le Kosmos") and small shop near the entrance to apartment which works in later hours. You can park free at the "Bowling de la Matène", but be aware that it is closed at night when bowling center is closed, so you should park somewhere else if you plan to drive in early morning.

    Clean modern and quiet hotel room with connecting doors. We booked two rooms with connecting doors. It was great that both rooms were clean and comfortable. It was great that the building was connected to Novotel and shared the bar restaurant and breakfast area with both hotels.

    the hotel is close to the train and bus station, so able to get around easy. Great hotel to stay if wanting to go to disneyland, as there is a train that goes direct. the staff are very friendly, and was cheaper than the hotels in Paris itself

    Hotel is one hour of drive to center of Paris location is really bad no resturants nothing you cant find a parkplatz for your car. Bed is very small for two person. Room is very small two people cant move around this room
