Everything. Warm, friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable room, beautiful property. As for dinner, it exceeded all expectations. The Maître D went out of his way to give us a fabulous experience, his professionalism was off the scale, and the food was sublime. A very nice little place off the beaten path for most travellers. I was riding my bike from Compiegne to Roubaix during a trip and faced many challenges on the first day. My host was very understanding and patient with me through the whole thing. When I arrived later than I anticipated, they were friendly and welcoming. I had not had any dinner and was a sweaty mess when I arrived and my host offered to run into town and grab some pizza for me. This was such an above and beyond effort that I appreciated greatly. We had great conversation over dinner and a beer and I wish I could have stayed more nights. The room was big, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
