I suspect most people do not realize just how stunning the countryside is. This a great place to drive into the hills, go to wineries for tastings, have a picnic at a park onto top of one of the viewpoints. The local restaurants are high end if you wish, or you can eat more casually. Lovely location amongst vineyards. 5 minutes walk to the village but that is what we wanted. Room was really nice, very clean, only the lack of aircon prevented it being perfect.
