We loved everything about this property. Our hosts Ilse & Dennis really made us feel at home with drinks and food nibbles on arrival served out in their beautiful courtyard. We were travelling with our dog Aria who was also treated as if she was in her own home. The house is really spectacular and decorated to a 5 star hotel standard. Excellent facilities in bedroom including a fruit basket and water and there was tea and coffee making facilities in a very comfortable common area with a log burning stove. We had dinner that evening which was delicious and was prepared by Ilse who is a professional chef. Breakfast was deliciously prepared by Dennis with a large selection of products including lovely eggs and bacon. The food here is 5 star standard. We would strongly recommend this place to stay for one or more nights and we will definitely be back.

We fully enjoyed meeting David and hearing his plans for his future developments with this beautiful property. The organic garden and breakfast were a welcome surprise and we recommend staying for a relaxing quite comfortable night.

It was a charming, authentic and comfortable French house with the most helpful and likeable owners. The breakfast was wonderful. The homemade configures were delicious, of the highest quality. It was also really good to share the breakfast in the company of the owners, to hear of the local history, and places of interest - of which there are many. We will visit again.

Ilse and Denis were the perfect hosts, and we felt immediately comfortable. Big wood burner to take the edge of a cold wintry day, and a fine gin and tonic to warm us from the inside. The whole place had a feel of home, and was utterly relaxing.
