We stayed at the Manoir Bellerive in August and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. The room was spacious with very powerful aircon, great little fridge and wifi. Really comfy beds. Particularly loved the large swimming pool overlooking the Dordogne and the delightful grounds with exotic plants and lily ponds. The local area is great too - very convenient for shops / restaurants at Buisson de Cadouin and the amazing river beach. The highlight of the stay though has to be the very warm welcome and relaxed yet professional approach from Michele and the team. They are obviously putting 1000% into the whole operation and you can tell in the level of care which felt more like a 5 star boutique hotel. We definitely hope to return one day!

We had a fantastic 6 day stay at Aurore and Thierry's wonderful home and I highly recommend it. They are perfect hosts, kind and generous and helpful in every way, it is like staying at a friend's house. The rooms were large, beautifully and artistically furnished with very comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. Level of cleanliness is impeccable. Aurore prepared a breakfast fit-for-a-king every single morning with a great range of savoury and sweet home-cooked items. The house is located in a peaceful area yet many attractions are within a short drive away (I do recommend having a car to be able to access all the best sights in the area). The hosts gave us a lot of useful suggestions of fun things to do and visit in the area. There is also a marvellous garden (well done Thierry!) to relax in and lovely pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Please do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

We were warmly welcomed by Joelle and Jean-Francois who patiently shared their knowledge of how they had developed their property and of the local area. They kindly reserved a superb dinner in nearby Cadouin at our request. We enjoyed use of their pool with amazing views over the surrounding landscape. The room was spacious with en-suite bathroom and all needed amenities. A delicious breakfast was served alongside the pool to likewise benefit from the landscape views.

What a beautiful little gitte with everything you need. Our host Gerard was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Thank you Gerard. The room was clean and spacious with those little touches to make it a home from home. Breakfast was lovely with homemade bread and crepes and fresh fruit. Loved it.

    Interesting town on the Dordogne, great access close to Cadouin, which has an 11th Century Monastery. There is a lo to visit in the area; Belves, Montpanzier and lots more lovely towns and villages. We ate in restaurant call La Syphonnie, Great steak and very good local wine.

    A pleasant large village.

    A pleasant large village. Easy access to main roads leading to many places worth visiting eg Beynac, Bergerac and the Bastides. Friendly staff in the boulangerie. Traditional market on Fridays is worth visiting.

    This is the 2nd time I stay at L’Intemporelle. I came back because i’d had an excellent experience the last time. I love this place as it is incredibly tastefully done all around (the rooms, the garden), super clean and run by the nicest people, Aurore and Thierry. Aurore’s breakfasts are at 5 star hotel level (if not better) and the area is amazing. I strongly recommend! :)

    Lovely village surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff members are extremely attentive and generous. All of the restaurants were closed in the village and I had not packed food for the night. The staff kindly offered me ingredients for dinner - it saved me!

    Lovely hotel run by a delightful couple, Michelle and Ann-e. They could not do enough for us and made our stay very special. The hotel has a echo of the Far East as the owners have constructed a Chinese garden which is wonderful to wander around.

    The apartment is on a lovely cottage with a super nice host. The apartment is spacious and has a place to sit outside to eat and relax. There is a great restaurant in walking distance and all the landmarks in easy driving distance.
