From the moment we drove in through the gate, we could see that this was a special place. Our host, Ludovic, greeted us as soon as we arrived. The first thing we saw was the beautiful front garden and the relaxing swimming pool area. The house itself is tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail. We felt welcome from the very first moment. Ludovic is an exceptionally nice and helpful person. He is also a very good cook and served us a delicious breakfast the next morning. Even our dog, Penny, was made to feel welcome and immediately became good friends with Ludovic's dog, Rêva. We had been travelling overland for about 5 weeks, but this was by far the place we enjoyed staying most. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night but we are already making plans to return, as there are many places of interest to explore in the area and because we look forward to enjoying Ludovic's hospitality again.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and heartfelt welcome we received. The hostess was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. It’s rare to come across someone so naturally hospitable — how refreshing! The location itself is beyond words. Every corner is filled with unbelievable attention to detail, creating a space that feels both luxurious and uniquely personal. The care and creativity that have gone into curating this property are nothing short of breathtaking. Every moment here felt special, and it’s clear that this is a place created with passion and love. Our hostess also arranged a dinner reservation for us. The restaurant was easy to find. The food was delicious and one of the staff introduced herself as a friend of our hostess! Probably the best part was the welcome Dougal our spaniel received. He is young and a little silly, but he was just so happy here. He made friends with the dog family here. We had travelled from Italy and we were so relieved for this! We are already looking for any excuse to return — it’s one of those rare places that leaves an imprint on your heart. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to visit again! A lovely gite, ideal for our overnight stop on the way south. Small, but very well equipped and set in outstanding countryside. Pascal met us on arrival and was a charming host. And our dog was welcome.

Beautiful property, clean and had everything we needed for a nights stay for a family of 4 (two kids 10 and 12). So peaceful and charming. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Next time we’ll have to stay longer!
