We went for the track and spent an afternoon on the Lac where they have water sports and a nice little snack on the edge. For food it is a bit tricky during our time there 22-24/08/23 Not much is open there was one restaurant open doing pizza (eat in or takeaway) steak and chips etc not a big menu but at least you can eat something not too for from the track.Guest review byChristelleFrance

The 3 course dinner and breakfast were amazing, homemade, tasty and they were able to fully accommodate my husband's gluten intolerance, which we greatly appreciated. The bed and bedding were top hotel standard - comfortable and pressed white. The room was nice and the in room cafetiere and equipment were very nice. Great shower and nice toiletries. I have done the st Malo to nice cycling tour 10 times so stayed in a variety of hotels gites and chambres d hôtes. For me it is part of the experience and never knowing what to expect. Staying at le vigeant with Alastair and Rosi was probably one of the best . It was a real pleasure and the food was outstanding.
