We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Pont-Audemer! The value for money was outstanding – only €85 for two nights – and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the charming old town, with a large supermarket just a five-minute walk away and plenty of small restaurants nearby. We even found the best pizza we have ever eaten at Pizzeria Castello, which we can recommend without hesitation! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details. The bathroom and shower were modern and felt brand new, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. When we arrived, the table was already set for us, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Parking was also easy – free street parking right outside, and there was always a spot available. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and the hosts were fantastic: very responsive, kind, and attentive. They even prepared a folder full of recommendations for things to do in the area, which we found very helpful. We also loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, making it easy to relax after exploring. From the windows, the view was lovely – no dull backyard, but a charming outlook that added to the cozy atmosphere. Staying here was also the perfect way to experience the authentic charm of Pont-Audemer, often called the "Venice of Normandy." The little canals, historic houses, and warm atmosphere of the town made the experience unforgettable. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pont-Audemer!

    Beautiful country location.

    Beautiful country location. Properties on sight are very old and well maintained. There are three accommodations on sight, but it still feels very private. There are modern facilities throughout, internet connection is great. We loved having large shared garden with outdoor game area and seating, but also our own small private garden with table and chairs and sun lounger. Our children loved the outdoor pool which was well maintained and always heated to a good temperature. Paul our host was always available if we had any questions or needed support. He gave us a load of information re: where to visit locally, good restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We loved the games room. Our family had great fun playing table football and electronic darts. We would love to stay again in future.

    Really pleasant and peaceful break.

    Really pleasant and peaceful break. I have gave a 9 by mistake. It was supposed to be a 10. If you’re in for a peaceful place to stay in, with easy access to a lot of great places to visit ( if you have a car), it’s the right place.

    Marais-Vernier is a peaceful village at the edge of a "Marais" : wetland meadows with cows, sheep and horses mixed with a small nature reserve for birds. It's a very slow place, just one restaurant, and you need a car for shopping, even for the next bakery. However, the charming reed-roofed houses are beautiful to see, it's a very special occasion, and they have established several touristic thematic routes of various lengths to explore by foot, by bike or by car. (Having e-bikes might be of interest.) And you are not far away neither from the sea (30 minutes drive) nor from the River Seine (15 min drive), which offers a variety of trips of very different character (not to forget the famous town of Honfleur, to be visited however before the tourist flocks arrive at around 11 am ;-)
