Great breakfast, served in the hotel bar. Great service. We really enjoyed the evenings entertainment which took place on the terrace, great food and music. Lovely friendly atmosphere. The setting of the river and waterfall added to the delights of the evening.

Hosts were personable and attentive and made you feel so welcome. Breakfast was above and beyond expectations , with a never ending selection of fresh local fair and strong French coffee. Accommodation was clean and spacious, with a lovely comfortable Bed Location was picturesque in a lovely historic and quiet location. Don't forget to buy the very tasty Muscadet produced on the premises

    The vision of me and my husband drinking wine and eating...

    The vision of me and my husband drinking wine and eating olives as we chilled in the garden of the apartment were short lived. The garden was over grown and there was a lack of any leisure seating. This was the theme through out. The whole apartment lacked cleanliness and upkeep. It’s a great shame as the area in which the apartment is situated is beautiful. There is definitely a need for a car as I didn’t see any buses in the area during our stay and we failed to get a Uber to collect us. Some lovely restaurants within driving distance in Gorges that are worth a visit.
