I needed a clean room close to the station to spend the night. The room was indeed clean, the hotel is 1p minutes walk from the train station, the internet speaks was good, free coffee and cookies, the staff was very helpful

Friendly staff on arrival, and he spoke enough English for me to get checked in. The room was clean, a good size and perfect for what I needed (single overnight stay for one). While maybe not a great location if you want to visit Reims proper, it was perfect for me as an overnight on the edge of town while driving to Switzerland.

The room was very clean and comfy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We have gladly stayed in a few of this chain in France and know what to expect with the facilities, location and ease of parking. The tram (and train) right outside the door was a definite bonus. Would happily recommend.

The helpfulness of all the staff. However is in charge of staff training is doing a fantastic job. I would like to give a special mention to Caroline. On our first stay in December she was our waitress. She was fantastic. On our second stay she was on our floor housekeeping with a colleague. She gave us a very warm greeting. This versatility is very commendable.
