Obernai is a beautiful town with medieval ramparts. The market on Thursday mornings was up on the ramparts which we really enjoyed. We didn't particularly enjoy the food at the restaurant but the beer and wine was great. There are storks nesting above the town centre which were fascinating! We drove about 20 minutes to Mont Saint Odile - wonderful views and very interesting.Guest review byLindsay - 8.0

We have stayed here a couple of times before and always enjoyed it. We stayed in room 110. The rooms are nice, clean, but very warm, there is a fan provided which did go a little to helping. Kettle provided. This time we were very pleased to find that you could book secure private parking on the hotel premises for 7 euros a day which was easily accessed and quality because of the parking in Obernai itself. Also bonus market on the Ramparts behind the hotel on Thursday morning. My only criticism was the breakfast. The bread and croisants were dry and hard, the choice of ham and cheese was minimal. I'm afraid this did not seem the quality of previous years for the amount paid. Despite this I would recommend this hotel to other travellers especially for the location in the centre of the town.Guest review byKathryn & MartinUnited Kingdom

The spa area in the hotel itself is also a nice one, but we did not appreciate that it cannot be used after the check out or before the check in, so one needs to pay at Yonaguni, if interested to go to spa. Room was pretty small and it could have been cleaner (a lot of dust and stains on the wall). Still bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has been excellent.
