The best hotel I’ve seen near a motorway. Great decor inside the room with a very large and beautiful photo of the region. Great tv screen, excellent quality picture. Excellent beddings, larger bathroom than is usual, very good break. I would even recommend it as a base to visit Clermont Ferrand.

Seems, it is very authentic - not sophisticatedly modern, but warm, comfortable and domestic place near the Old City. And the problem with late hosting was solved in a very charming way. The stuff speaks French only, but there were no critical barriers in conversation and it is the good opportunity to learn it ;-)

    Some really good restaurants but you need to book in advance as they all seemed to be busy in the evenings. Parking is quite good in the evenings but takes a bit of time finding a space during the day.

    We only saw one member of staff but she was brilliant and really made our stay. We we will definitely book other hotels in the chain because of her. She couldn't have been more helpful. I only wish we'd got her name! 2 or 3 nice restaurants in walking distance on the estate as well as quite a few other hotels but we were very happy with our choice
