It was the best stay on our trip to France. Large rooms, with bathroom for both rooms, one for both of us and one for the children. Communicated internally. Everything super wide. Special mention to Liz&Paul super kind and attentive at all times. They leave some bottles of water, Nespresso coffee, everything super clean. Amazoing. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much for all Liz&Paul. If we go through there again, we'll stay back. Javier.

The Laurels We stayed here one night February 27, but after that night wish it could have been for a longer stay. Paul and Peggy are the best hosts you could hope for. As I booked this stay in May 2022 for the February 2023 stay and in between my booking and the stay the open times of the house have changed they were nice enough to honor the dates of our stay. From the moment of arrival they could not do enough for us. Starting with the complimentary drink and you must book the dinner. It is an excellent meal handcrafted by Peggy from fresh. The room was warm, spacious and comfy. The bathroom was a wee bit tight but it is more than adequate. The house is a little off the beaten path but makes for a very quiet and relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here if you are anywhere near Limoges. You shant be disappointed.

This bed and breakfast is exceptional! The location is super convenient, you can park your car in a public parking lot right in front of the entrance. The building has been restored extremely well, it has kept a very authentic flavor to it, and all the furnishing details are extremely well cured. The room we were given, for 4 people, was spacious, spotless clean and very comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and very helpful. The breakfast they serve is very good and portions are generous, Shirani makes a great yogurt creme brulee which I had never tasted before and was delicious. Definitely a place to come back to!

The location suited us perfectly. Quiet and rural. The host was lovely, we don’t speak much French and he no English but we got everything we needed. The closest village Le Dorat is about 3kms away and not a lot of food options so prepare in advance to cook at the studio or book a restaurant or go to Bellac. The La Petite Fontaine bar in Le Dorat was very welcoming. It has new English speaking owners who were renovating but will be doing meals soon.

Friendly owners, very warm welcome, made us feel immediately at home. Beautiful grounds with lovely view and fruit trees, lovely hot tub and swimming pool. It’s amazing how much of the area beside the owners property is exclusively for your own private use. There is nothing you will be short of inside the yurt, every detail has been thought of and catered for. Cannot recommend this highly enough, we can’t wait to go back.
