Our room on the top floor was very clean and comfortable. Other parts of the hotel that we traversed were likewise clean and seemingly recently renovated. The reception/bar area is pleasant and all staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The location is quiet despite its proximity to the A4 motorway. A frequent bus (24) into central Paris stops about 2 minutes away, while the nearest metro station (line M8) is 8-10 minutes' walk away. Both types of transport take you into central Paris in 20-30 minutes. And within 10 minutes walking, you can be in the Bois de Vincennes, a large wooded parkland, with ponds and gardens, ideal for jogging and cycling.

I stayed here with my relatives, and the apartment was fantastic — spacious, comfortable beds, clean and cosy and in an excellent location. It’s just a 5–7 minute walk to the metro and about 20 minutes to reach the city center. There are also bus stops nearby, which made getting around really convenient. Several supermarkets are within easy reach, and it's simple to get to the apartment from both Orly Airport and the Bercy bus station.

    I was surprised how close Saint-Maurice to the metro...

    I was surprised how close Saint-Maurice to the metro station was walking by the beautiful streets, full of different shops, cafes and restaurants. A pleasant receptionist met us with a smile. Our room was very comfortable with appropriate furniture and with an amazing view from the window. A bathroom with necessary toiletries and hairdryer. Kitchenette well equipped. Everything was perfectly clean. I will definitely book again this accommodation while visiting Paris.

    I stayed here 3x.

    I stayed here 3x. The service is excellent and so is the staff off the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Public transport and shops are near. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, the double windows make sure that it's not loud at all. They have a few rooms with balcony, which is lovely to sit out. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. I would recommend anybody to book this hotel if you are looking for a good and clean place to stay.

    The location is good for getting into the City quickly on...

    The location is good for getting into the City quickly on the Metro. It is a quiet location and we didn't spend much time in the area during the day. we went to church in St. Agnes for Sunday Mass and we ate out near the Metro on 2 evenings. The Meat Steakhouse (not bad) and La Nonna (better). We had Pizza from the Pizza Hut that was great late at night. We did a bit of shopping in the supermarket near the Appart/Hotel and found the owners very friendly and chatty. We had a drink in the Tabac/Bar opposite and did the Lotto while waiting for a shower to pass. We really didn't spend long enough in the area to do it justice as I would have liked to walk around there a bit more and see some of the Bois de Vincennes and the confluence of the rivers Seine and Marne. Another time perhaps.

    Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris.

    Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris. Both districts lie on the southern edge of the Bois de Vincennes which thus is very easily accessible for walking, jogging, cycling, rock-climbing, and for its zoo. Although they are technically beyond the Paris city boundary they are well connected by metro and buses. We ate very well at Le Chalet https://maps.app.goo.gl/vEWuprJMRGKTqoRx9 and can recommend it.

    The experience was pleasant, the linen very good, the area is very beautiful. The connection with the center is very well done by metro or bus, so much so that you have to reserve an extra half hour of your time. This place offers privacy, the area is very quiet, full of greenery. The building and the room are very spacious. Was very good! I will come back definitely.

    The property is just about right for two people. It is fit for purpose and has necessary amenities except for a air conditioning/fan! The location is accessible and you can get to the centre of Paris with ease. The environment is clean and we felt safe throughout our stay. There is easy access to shops, restaurants, bakery and supermarkets.

    The hotel was quite all right for the price, the rooms were clean, large enough and maintained every day. It was about 10 minutes away from the metro station (it took about 30 min to get to Paris in the train itself). Staff was very friendly!
