It is the best place I found throughout my multiple visits to Angouleme. I booked the place for my colleagues, and it was very helpful that the host responded to the messages and calls without pausing. The place was not only spacious but also clean. All the amenities and kitchen wares seemed newly set up. The place was close to downtown and the highway, making everything easily accessible.
