Great place, great food and lovely staff. Everyone was super friendly. Honsetly the best place I stayed at in paris. The price was very low compared to the quality of the hotel. Cant recommend enough.

The hotel was spotless! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. High functioning shower. Even though the restaurant patio was below my window I could hardly hear any noise. The food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful! The service friendly. It was only a five minute walk to Saint-Ouen antiques Market. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location not far from the city of Paris (15-20minutes on the metro) Lots of space (2 big giant double beds and a whole sitting room was provided in our apartment) Cleaners came EVERY DAY and left the place looking exceptional. Excellent location, within short distance to Paris city centre and Saint Denis stadiums. The rooms are quiet and cool during the heat wave (even without AC, which is fantastic!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bakeries and restaurants close by. This is not a super touristy area, which we really loved as it means more locals and less expensive prices. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean.

    Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris. The line 14 takes you straight to the center of Paris, and it's a direct line to Orly airport. The area is very safe for families. The Communal is a great destination for eating out with everything from pizza and burgers to Korean and African cuisine

    Staff was great! View and balcony amazing. The only negative part is the factory on the other side of the hotel, but there's not much we can do for that one. It's vfm, the area around the hotel is safe and the public transport facilitates things a lot.

    3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one,

    3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one, 2 days for exploring with Subway / Bolt. I would advice Using combination of subway + Hop On Hop Off for 3 days. There was nice looking restaurants at Area, but we did not have no time to test any! Metro 13/14 was first a little bit confusing, No signs for routes 14 outside.

    Easy to move around, lots of shops and restaurants to visit, not too rowdy. Not too far from the city centre. If you already know places to visit for sightseeing or you just want to rest, then I would recommend the area.

    Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen

    Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen I didn’t enjoy my time in Saint-Ouen. The area felt a bit run-down and It had a lot of litter on the streets. the neighborhood didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable for walking around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    Pretty suburban place with some very old/worn out buildings like the Ice rink. But all in all a good place to stay with some very good yet cheap (!) restaurants. Way cheaper than Paris centre to stay and to eat

    I often stay in a Domitys because the apartments are a good size and comfortable and I like the heated pool. This one is in a new development, close to a big park and the centre of St Ouen and there is a community building 100m away with food stalls, bar etc. and a big screen which was nice as I was on my own. It's only a short walk from the Metro - Mairie de St Ouen - which gives easy access to Paris centre and the stadiums Arena de la Porte de la Chapelle and La Stade de France at St Dennis.

    The building was beautifully and lovingly restored, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was very tasty. So much care was taken with the details of spotlessness and decor, the soap smelled amazing and there were no chemical fragrances for someone with sensitivities to struggle with. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough and will absolutely return my next trip to Paris. Bravo! You are all wonderful and have made a restful and very special place.

    The room was lovely!! We loved it, was a fun, trendy and spacious. Lots of light and well decorated. We loved our terrace too. There is also a night bus that runs from the centre of Paris to just down the road so it was easy to get to late at night too (although do check run times!). Les puces (flea markets) were really cool, we stayed mid-week but went to look at some of them that were open on Friday morning and it made for a gorgeous, chilled morning wandering around.

    The hotel has a big rooms for Paris. It is very comfortable. Very good location close to the metro. Direct line from Orly airport and 13/14 lines metro. Area around new, very modern and safe. I definitely will recommend it.
