This is an amazing building! Still all original features, scrubbed spotless and freshly painted to highlight its tiled floors and lofty ceilings. It has a lot of charm, with a relaxing and homely atmosphere. Audrey made us feel extremely welcome and was a meticulous and friendly host. This is a lovely and authentic place to stay. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal too! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Tranquil stay in a charming old country side home. The host was helpfull and made sure our stay was very comfortable. On the backyard you can see a beautiful mountain view with a vegetable garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean-Luc's lovely village house which has a view of Peyrepertuse castle from the balcony. The house has been beautifully restored by Jean-Luc himself, with careful attention to detail regarding everything needed for a comfortable stay. He served us a wonderful, home cooked supper on the terrace: we highly recommend the dinner option. Breakfast was excellent too, and we enjoyed tasting the different types of honey and chatting with our host and the other guests.

Excellent place to explore the area from.

Excellent place to explore the area from. Tourist office was so very helpful. The little road train to the Gorges of Galmus and the red train to Axat were a high point. Near to the Chateau of Puillarens. Mountain roads were exciting with hardly any traffic. A little further drive were examples of Vauban’s forts, Mont Louis and Villefranche de Conflet.

Nice little hotel, room was small and basic but clean, comfortable and functional. The terrace and the pool were a big plus - exactly what we needed after a day's hiking. Also an unexpected bonus were the mountain bikes available to borrow - took a lovely 10 minute ride on a cycle path through vineyards and fields to get into town for dinner.

Stopover hotel. Out of season so pool not in use. Little bit worn at the edges and basic room with firm mattress. Small terras with table and 2 chairs. Was quiet except for road noise from 8am. Enough storage space.
