The team of staff were BRILLIANT throughout our stay, from front of desk to restaurant to House hold staff thanks to all. We asked if we could change our room to one with a balcony and it was done. Food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast and the staff were so professional. Our room was well presented and very comfortable. A real gem of a property.

We arrived very late, yet we were expected and welcomed. The room was a good size, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The shower spacious with plenty of hot water.

Quaint, fire place burning in the lobby, creates great atmosphere. The receptionist was excellent and very friendly and helpful. We could even keep our car parked in restricted area right in front of the hotel for a night. Charlie’s Bar is great, good drinks and menu.
