We tremendously enjoyed staying at the Old Post Office, which is most likely the cleanest, the coziest and by far the best equipped holiday home we’ve ever stayed at. We loved the tranquility and the remoteness very much indeed and we greatly enjoyed the garden and the exceptional view from the wee entrance room (where we actually spent most of the time because of the view). The place was absolutely heartwarming and exceeded all my expectations. I wasn’t expecting much when booking just an overnight stay, but we got a lovely, cozy cottage with a sea view. Everything we needed was there. Charming, friendly sheep outside the window and a double rainbow as a gift. Truly special!

Beautiful views over the sea! The cottage has everything you could possibly want. We were also pleasantly surprised by the great welcome basket waiting for us, thank you Caroline! There were even binoculars for spotting wildlife. Supermarket close by, although we did most shopping in Stornoway. We had a great time! After we left I found out I forgot something very special to me and Caroline arranged to send it back to me without delay: again many thanks here!
